Carolyn Iannone
Carolyn has been the boss lady in small business since 2009. Owner of Love Lane Kitchen in Mattituck since 2012, Carolyn has been the leader in creating a positive and successful culture within the restaurant industry.

Frances Baffa
Frances (Fran) has been the boss lady in corporate retail since 2004. She has managed (manages) some of the biggest brands and top retailers. True story, wherever she goes she has improved culture, productivity, and increased profit. Fran has been sought after, promoted, and awarded within her field.
She leads every team and organization with the same philosophy that great leadership starts from within.
